Most of the essential and necessary amenities such as grocery, stationary, tailor, parlour, restaurants are present here. One can get almost all the daily need commodities here in the grocery shops especially the one run by IITG Co-operative society. Also there are ATMs and courier office.

IIT authority kept the complex very clean. This shopping center is only for the consumers those who live within the IIT complex. Strong securities tie-up , unauthorised visitors are not permitted to enter in the entry gate.

Shopping complex is near IITG main entrance gate. It has gift center, hair saloon shop, ice-cream corner and clothes shop also. There is a super market in Shopping complex.
The nature around shopping complex is wonderful. It is around 800m from academic comolex.

It comprises of multiple businesses. Vegetable, fruit vendors and FnB store in the first block. Meat, egg and fishes in the last block. In the central block there is Sbi atm and icici atm along with Amit store and an officers association store in the ground floor. There is one stationary and two gift shop also in the ground floor along with tailor shop, 2confectionary shops, hair cutting salon, Amul dairy counter, plastic product shop, shoe shop at the back side, 2 computer accessories and repair shop, dry cleaners, local assamese product shop, school uniform shop, icici bank, two beauty parlour, cable tv office, one restaurant in first floor, some times a golgappa wala also sits in the shed of bus stop. There are multiple other shops on the back side of the complex also.
Cycle shop and motor mechanic repair shop is just next to it.
