One of the most peaceful place that I have ever visited. The owner's hospitality is way beyond one can expect . The view from the room is majestic. I recommend everyone to visit here to enjoy the nature and also the homely ambience . The food is too good.

If any one wants to spend time with nature with the continuous sound of river murti below.. then this is the place.. A perfect peaceful place amidst nature. warm hospitality, delicious and homely cooked food by aunty are the best things here along with the beautiful view.

Wonderful Experience..

Anyone in search of a peaceful place amidst nature where you can stay with the continuous & soothing sound of river Murti below, this is it! A must stay for all nature lovers. Delicious and homely food cooked by the owner compliments your stay.

A wonderful hill destination. The lodge is at a solitary place surrounded by hills, greenery and bird calls. Food quality is nice. Above all, the warmth of the hosts behaviour is unforgettable.

We stayed here with Mr Kamal's family for four days. We were a group of 10 as family. The food stay and hospitality by the family was amazing. Kamal Ji's wife is an amazing cook, even the simplest food tasted heavenly. The place is slightly isolated which makes it amazing to relax and long stretches of adda. Thank you Kamal ji and the entire family for such a lovely and warm time. We will definitely be back :)

Haven't stayed here but visited twice. First in 2008 when the Giri family were yet not running a home stay. A recent visit in May 2017 when I checked out the beautiful cottages, check my snaps. The Giris' are a wonderful family and so is the location. Highly recommend.
Amongst other things Kamal Giri is also into wood art, that's how I got to know him. Do check out some of his work if you are around.

Craftwork of Mr. Kamal Giri (owner) is definitely worth appreciating. With the amount of time and effort he has put in to convert an ordinary roots of tree to an exceptional showpiece is something we don’t see much nowadays.
We spent the whole day understanding the elements of art and creativity and care involved in turning it into a decorative piece.

One of the best experience I had from the Dooars trip. Sleeping on the edge of a mountain and waking up to an amazing sunrise. Terrific experience.

This place is so beautiful that if u visit here one time it will take u several times here ! The owner's behaviour was heart whelming ! The food was excellent... And breakfast was too good ..! Must come here ..!

I visited The Tempula Inn Samsing last week...i should admit that it was a pleasure staying here...the furnished rooms, the delicious home made food, the natural flowery surroundings and above all the ever smiling hospitality of the Giri family made me feel a heaven on earth...

I have bought a nice craft work from Mr Kamal Giri four years ago. The house, cooking, backyard wood,the slopes of hill, animal lover owner (Kamal) all are very attractive and are still in my mind. Swarup Bhanja. Basirhat ,N. 24 Pgs.
