Very crowded area and still no coverage or poor coverage of network of all service provider like Airtel, Jio etc. There are many food stall, xerox centre so no need to panic about xerox. There are sufficient entry and exit gate available but need to pay attention when having costly items like gold chain etc. There are many cases of gold robbery.

At the district headquarters of Aurangabad, Kazi Mohalla and Diwan Mohalla are situated, where Kabra of Kazi Aliman Diwan and Kazi Sharulla find a place. Both of them were authorized Kazi of Auranjeb’s regime. In those days, the responsibilities of settling disputes were given to Kazi as per Muslim customs. As per an article written by a Judicial officer in the year 1973 the court of Munsif has been here since 1846. There was also a bench of Honorary Magistrates at Daudnagar. So the history of Judiciary Aurangabad is much old. When Aurangabad was made subdivisions in the year 1865, the munsif was vested with some more power. The Court of sub-judge was inaugurated on 22.06.1973 by the then Hon’ble Chief Justice Mr. Nandlal Untwalia. Sri Narayan Prasad Singh was the first Sub-Judge. Sri Singh was also the First Chief Judicial Magistrate of Aurangabad. The Court of District and Sessions Judge was inaugurated on 10.09.1977 by the then Hon’ble Chief Justice Sri Krishna Ballabha Narayan Singh of Patna High Court. Hon’ble Justice Sri Shambhu Prasad Singh had presided over the function in presence of Sri Bhagwad Prasad Jaiswal, the then-District and Sessions Judge, Gaya Sri Jai Pati Sinha was the first District and Sessions Judge of this Judgeship.
The Aurangabad Judgeship contains two Civil Courts namely Civil Court Aurangabad and Sub- Divisional Court Daudnagar. With the inauguration of the court of District & Sessions judge, Aurangabad on 10-09-1977 by the then Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Krishna Ballabha Narayan Singh of Hon’ble Patna High Court, the Judgeship began to function as separate entity. Sri Jai Pati Sinha was the first District & Sessions Judge of this Judgeship. Presently Sri Balram Dubey is the District & Sessions Judge of this Judgeship, under whose guidance and able administration the Judgeship is ready to achieve new heights and recognition.
