The food, staff and hotel itself has a great value...There are many options in kottayam however Caesar palace is budget friendly and gives good vibes as well

We hosted our dad's 60th birthday party at Caesar Place ... Although the party was planned on a short notice, Joji Uncle went above and beyond to cater to our requirements... Hands down amazing service I would recommend their services for anyone who wants to host a private party in Kottayam....

Didnt stay at the hotel. Had the experience of using their conference hall. Easily accommodated 50 people. Good ambience. Great parking space. And the food tasted good.

Amazing stay to be honest . The amenities provided was extraordinary and the enthusiasm shown by the staff was impeccable. The rooms are really cozy and comfortable. Food was also a great joy , my favourite would be the Chinese dishes. Definitely recommending this to everyone. The only hotel in kottayam with more-than-enough parking space. There is a basement parking also if you want to save your car from the scorching heat of the sun. Third floor is for ielts and its floor is dusty. Elevator doesn’t work upto basement level. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Only problem is overpriced restaurant. Not worth at all.

Nice Hotel to stay with family. Hotel located near to the City centre.. Room's are big and spacious.. Breakfast was really amazing and Have more Items.. specially mentioned For Front office Manager was really Official and very helpful and genuine.. Overall stay was awesome and we enjoyed a lot..I strongly recommend this hotel for Those who plan's to Visit Kottayam ..If I got a chance to come once again to Kottayam definitely I will choose this hotel only..

They have really improved their service and food quality is a few notch higher now !!!! I went there initially when it just opened and I went there again last weekend…. I would say this is now one of the best hotels and restaurants in Kottayam Courteous and friendly staff excellent banquet hall and food was amazing… thanks for making my event so memorable

There are several supermarkets in this area as well as restaurants. The railway station is also very close.If I come to Kottayam another time, I like to stay here again."
