I had to visit this store to experience customer delight. By the way, I'm no easy customer to impress. The staff (anju) was very courteous and professional in helping me choose my garments. The store manager was also a customer friendly person who agreed to alter an external garment that I brought without knowing that it was also a louis philippe garment. Such experiences build trust and trust builds loyalty. Kudos to the staff who build great culture.

Greate collection and very unique colours for suites. The representatives knows what they are doing. Knowledge on styling and color and uptodate wedding styles. Very good experience.

Really good quality suits worth the money!

This happened a few years back when I choose LP for my wedding suit. The staffs were so helpful and professional. I went to buy a suit and I bought their branded belt, shoe n purse along with a brilliant suit on the same day. I still uses them as they are of super high quality. A highly recommend place if anyone looking for a good outfit.

Decent cloths. I like the pants here. Also they custom tailor it to your need.
I feel more comfortable in a ready made outfit which is altered to your size rather than giving it to tailor for full stitching.
The fit and finish of the material is fine.
On the price side they could reduce the it by 20-25 % atleast.

Great place for wedding suits, as per the staff this is the authentic company store, the one in Thiruvalla is a franchise. This store had better collections than the Thiruvalla store. The assistant manager who was helping us with the collection was very knowledgeable and helpful. Less parking space available.
