Never get into this place.
Some staff are very rude (I know some staff are really friendly).

But there is no control on this!!!!!

They don't know the concept called 'Customer Service'. They only know 'Customer SCOLDING'.
'Usha MADAM' was the name of the employee who insulted me. I will never forget this experience.

I have been banking with ICICI, HDFC, Canara, SBI, Kotak(Called ING Vysya earlier),Citibank (Soon to be Axis) and KDCC so far (never faced such nonsense experience).

Only person insulted me while taking my own money out was 'Usha MADAM'.
I respect and like this organization, but it is more about some 'cancer-like' employees they have been domesticating.

People like USHA MADAM should understand, "Customer is not the right person to show their frustration on...!!!"

If there is anyone in management, who can understand the concept called 'Customer Experience', please read it. I am not alone! there are 1000s of frustrated customers. I personally know many!!
