Shri Vellimalai Sivan Kovil (வெள்ளிமலை சிவன் கோவில்)

get a bus from dhindukkal via sirumalai and reach the agasthiyapuram hill, from there by walk you can go in a sand and stone filled path towards velli malai hill top,filled with full of medicinal herbs and lemon grasses... its really a peaceful place,while reaching the top you will feel the vibe... no water or shops at the top, go along with edibles if you need...

One of Agastiya muni's meditative places. Must for spiritual seekers and nature lovers.

Good trekking experience not tough though.

At foot hill there is temple with Siva and Parvati.

Free food by the temple itself.

Trek takes around 30 minutes not so tough.
You can take photos in 360° as the whole hill is accessible

Very nice place. Suitable for peoples like meditation. An hour of trek required to reach this top. There is only a siva lingam under gooseberry tree. Very fine place. But during holidays little bit crowd is coming. So it is better to avoid the holidays for the person who wants to go for meditation.

Beautiful lovely mini trek to this temple is a must visit place in Sirumalai. Views on the way and at hill top are breathtaking. Cloud touching hill tops, surrounded by hill range is great therapeutic and very calming.
We had great experience of enjoying the scenery during uphill and walking in the rain downhill experience. Must walk/watch and take your time to enjoy!!!

A small hill top Shivan temple is located at the peak of 25000 ft from ground level. Very beautiful and under rated places in Tamilnadu, This place is just 2.5 hour's drive from Trichy, located in Sirumalai.Till agastya madam we can drive, after that 7 km of moderate trekking required to reach the top, which is approximately 25,000 ft. Beautiful scenery all along the trek, many scenic photo spots. Go with your gang to experience this to its maximum. No refreshment shops located, so carry your own water and snacks, but please don't litter around, be a responsible citizen

Nice place, it's on the peak of Sirumalai. Better wear shoes while climbing the mountain, if you want acupuncture treatment then don't wear any footwear.

Here is no water facilities available! U can bring it with u half an hour to reach top of the hill from Agathiyarpuram.

U can worship directly ..

No Place would come like this one. 12 Hair pin bends and altitude of nearly 30 kms above the ground, you will feel like a god. Above the hills, all you will be covered with the Clouds, After reaching the adivaram you must only walk to the temple 2km above the hills which was awesome track maintenance by govt. There is less accommodation facilities there. So you would be planning only for a day. Since it is a reserved forest, don't throw plastic in there. Best economy trip with nature and family trekking.

You have to trek up the hill for about 1.5 kms (30 to 45 mins), getting down will take 10 to 15 mins. Good place to visit

What a Divine hike it was, not recommended for elderly/women. Will be a tough hike, be prepared but reaching the top is worth everything

Wonderful view point.. This is the best place to chill out in cool climates..
