Mitang bhai who was the relationship manager was aware of all the features and explained in detail during our first visit. Made it easier for us to finalize there and then. He was very helpful throughout the process and am sure is a huge asset.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing new MG Astor from Vapi. The process was stress free and pleasant. Specifically thanks to Mr. Vaibhav Patel for his great effort to arrange vehicle as per my requirement and required date. He explained and solved all my concern with very short period of time. Purchased MG Astor few days ago and I must say the service provider by MG staff is commendable. Even though there was shortage of cars Mr. Vaibhav was able to manage a car on time and was there every step of the way while purchasing the car. From test drive, to explaining all the features until handing over the car and completing the paper work Mr. Vaibhav made the whole process seemless and was always there to answer all my queries. I can’t recall a time where I called him and he didn’t pickup or helped solving my queries.
Really happy with the car and the service provider by the staff. I highly recommended this showroom.

I had an amazing experience at MG Motors, Vapi. The staff is very humble and Special mention to Mr. Vaibhav Patel ( Realtionship manager) who gave us his valuable time in explaining all the major and small details about the car multiple times.
This is our first car and Mr. Vaibhav helped me out in choosing the right car for my family by clearing my all the doubts, giving multiple test drives and arranging the Car in short span. And he took care of everything & made the whole buying process hassle free and so easy. What really stands out is that they actually go out of the way for customers.They truly consider customers as their family. Not only is the car a premium, feature rich, fully loaded product, their service also makes the customer feel premium. Unlike other companies who just claim that customer satisfaction is their objective, MG lives up to that motto.

One word ‘Incredible’… Right from the moment I stepped in the MG Vapi showroom few months ago till today (even after car delivery) the treatment extended by MG Vapi staff has set new standards of hospitality and customer service!!! Mr. Amrit Upadhyay has been an outstanding executive who helped me all the way from showing the car till a smooth delivery in just about 10-12 days after I confirmed the car… Vehicle is top class, delivery experience was even better… A WhatsApp group was created to keep me abreast with the happenings and to share photos/ videos of the delivery (very thoughtful)… And to top it all, the staff closed up on a Sunday just to accommodate my request of delivery on that day… Miss Krutika Rathi was an excellent Customer Relations manager who patiently explained all that I needed to know to have a smooth entry in the MG family… The hospitality has been way above excellence!!!!
