As the name says it's not just a gym but a full on health club, where we train to increase our full body health with workout, cardio, yoga, lifting, zumba, pilates and many more.
You will get different specialised trainers, physiotherapists and dieticians.

Excellent team work of trainers in a very affordable package with facilities like cardio, weight lifting therapy, biochemical screening, yoga, aerobics, cattle bell, gym ball, and more emphasis on very effective diet chart and almost personal monitoring. Without this gym, I wouldn't have been able to reduce my weight from 104.6 to 89.0kg in just 3. 5 months and BP from 170/100 to 118/75 at my 57 years rears of age My sincere thanks to Mantra.
