The staff are well trained and friendly. The place is quite hygiene having good equipment. This is my third month at friends Fitness and it has been a wonderful experience. Also they provide a diet chart that helps you to intake food accordingly. I am satisfied and would recommend people to experience this session. It’s worth for money and results

Friends Fitness is one of the Best Gym in shahada .I have been going to this Gym from May and my experience has been very positive.The staff is very caring and positive.The equipments are top notch And i would like to specially thank personal trainer Mr.Bhupendra Patil for his excellent guidance.Under his personal training i lost 5 kgs in 1 months time.He took care of not only the workout but also planned out personalised diet for me.Which worked wonders and he was constantly in connect with my overall progress. I personally suggest to take personal training from Bhupendra Patil Sir, if you are planning for it.

I joined the friend fitness gym before 5 months as 'PT', first of all unbelievable for me in Shahada have such gym trainer like you, What seemed impossible for me had become an warm up and fresh start for my life. I got to know that we dont need to be perfect,we just need to get started. You taught me that Don't stop when you're tired, Stop when you're done. The same voice of mine that said“give up”has turned to "keep going" because of your inspiration . Its about being better than you were yesterday. I know you bared me lot, but due to your inspiration I lost my weight and my body is in perfect shape now, also my strength is improving day by day yes you helped me to be an perfect example of happy face,Happy Mind and Happy Smile.Thanks you so much!!!!🙂🙏

It's the best Gym in shahada city. Infrastructure,cleaning,gym trainers are good. Safe for girls freindly environment.
