I have just received my order from the store. When I first purchased the item at the store, the sales agent mentioned a price, but then changed it to a higher amount, assuming that I hadn't heard the initial price. As a sales tactic, the agent then offered a discount to bring the price back down to the original amount. Additionally, they promised that delivery was included, but when the delivery driver arrived, they asked for extra payment. While I was not particularly concerned about the extra charge, I was unhappy with the dishonesty and will not be making any future purchases from this store.
