Dr Suresh Kumar treatment is good, he is taking special care for patients and Hospital maintaining hygiene, they are using Branded company medicines and treatment also an affordable range.

Excellent pediatric doctors in Hanamkonda with highly knowledgeable Doctors, I came across and from last year I have good access with hospital staff and especially the doctors treatment for my kids. Genuine hospital with minimal cost and excellent treatment. Even at odd hours also doctors responded very well and that's why I completely felt happy and I strongly recommend to visit New Dolphin Children's Hospital for the best treatment for your kids.

My daughter was suffering from cough and cold her nose was blocked I think it's dr.rajashekar on duty. He has given medicine and nebulization. My daughter is doing good now I'm planning to take insurance.this hospital also has cashless insurance facility

This review I am writing after clearly analyzing the hospital for about 2 weeks, at the time of my kid admission.
About Doctors:
1. More than 7 highly qualified doctors/ pediatricians are available for inpatients. Most of them were MD in highly reputed medial institutions.
2. Clear diagnosis and proper treatment is provided
3. They really spend time in diagnosis
Doctor team is excellent. There is no doubt. Don't worry about negative comments posted in other reviews.
About hospital:
1. Enough attenders including nurse were not available.
2. Hospital PICU and NICU were not up to the mark.
3. Patient to the staff ratio in ICU and Ward is were poor, hence the situation is parents should take care of their kids
3. Ward toilets, patient bed were damaged
4. Hospital premises cleanliness is good
5. Hot water supply is not there (even for drinking)
6. Even in emergency case also, admission/casualty care taking much time.
7. Many of the nurse/even ward doctor don't know how to fix cannula (except few).
8. Since it is kids hospital, management should recruit experienced attenders/nurse.
About charge:
1. ICU/special ward/ general ward charge is high, i.e. less than very high.
2. Medicines were sold as per MRP
3. Laboratory charges are not as per Govt of India norms. It is 2 fold higher than GHS. They can charge 40% more than GHS for fast service.

But for the treatment, Doctors are very important. Since Best group of doctors were available in this hospital, I strongly recommend you to choose this hospital. Surely your baby would be on best hands, they will give back to you with 100% cure. There is no best alternative available at Warangal/Hanumakonda

Consulted Dolphin children's hospital for my son's stomach pain and detected with appendicitis and been supervised under Dr suresh kumar Doctor is so polite and explained the process in detail and taken care of my child health in very good fashion. Surgery went very well and guidance from doctor is impressive.
