The staff at store were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Their expertise made me feel confident in my purchasing decisions.

Additionally, the manager was professional and helped me during my visit to address all my queries. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

I visited hamleys store in VR punjab mall this week to purchase toys for my nephew. Although I didn’t have much knowledge about what to buy as a gift for a 5 year old child, but the staff there helped me and explained me in depth like what to buy for a 5 year old child and how it can help the child to play and learn as well. They showed me variety of toys for a specific range of age and I was impressed by their professionalism, ethics and knowledge. I do want to mention a staff member Rajan, who was one of them and I was impressed by this guy’s communication skills.

I brought a toy for my kid. It’s quite amazing for my kid he enjoyed alot while playing with it . The hamleys staff is very responsible for the client, they attend me very well every query i have put they solve with calm and composly and they handle the client quite very well i like the VR punjab staff knowledge about product and they explain very well to us .

Gourav manhas is highly knowledgeable and professional, providing valuable advice and clear information about product we asked,I bought 3-4 toys for my niece with his help. His approachable and friendly demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere in the branch.

It was an amazing experience the staff especially Mr Gaurav Manhas is so helpfull provides full information and provide great deals I purchased many soft toys with discount

I recented visited Hamleys in VR punjab mall .My experience has been really flawless and amazing. All the staff members are polite and are dealing people with their best services possible.

I have visited the Hamleys , how ever mall is almost dead but the the lion (Hamleys) stand alone in this jungle. The variety of toys was awesome and the staff was even more energetic who makes the ambiance of top floor of this dead mall full of life. Must visit place in ghost mall.

Recently opened store in vr punjab. As you know hamleys has every thing that your child needs. Like every other hamleys it offers a wide range of every type of toys not even for children even adlut can purchase a few things from here. Staff here is very helpful and friendly. It is situated on tip floor of vr punjab
