Truly am speechless for their impeccable service and way above efforts that they took for my last minute needs . Am not even exaggerating here, that great was their patience, even when I was loosing out and at times I was rude as there were few hiccups with the sizing issue of the crate that I had requested for and I was running short of time . Inspite of everything, they really made sure that they delivered the Iata approved crate that was required for my pets travel abroad right on time. Even when I had requested this service at such a short notice, they still reached out to all their branches and contacts and made sure we had it delivered home safe and sound without any issues. They even went way beyond their limits to assure me that incase of any issues with the crate , they are more than happy and willing to replace and arrange another one . Infact they had even arranged for the delivery of another in three days just as a safety net . Like really.. this really showed their dedication and how much they valued and cared their customer's satisfaction .

I truly take this moment to personally thank Mr.Manuel and Mr.Jidhun for truly going way beyond to meet our needs at such short span of time and ensuring everything went smooth for us .. I sincerely apologise for all the troubles and pressure that I had placed on the entire team as well . The situation was so critical that's why even i had to keep calling and checking on so many times . Still not once had you guys lost your cool on me and gave me the best quality crate . Thank you soo much for being patient and considerate on my situation. Thanks a ton..

Also not to forget to mention how happy was my boy few weeks back when he had come down for his bath ... your team was so professional, accomodative of all our little concerns that we had including his nail chipping and rest. We were truly heard out and your team gave us the best experience . Thanks much for that as well..

Great store for pets. You get all the essentials here, love the store. I take my pet here for grooming, they take care of him very well. I finish all my work and come back. Totally trust them that they will keep him happy 👍🏻 or wait on the couches. You will get awesome pets toy collections. Also there is ample amount of space for parking.

Service was so great. They took care of my 2 year old Labrador who was not really trained. The staff was so patient enough to make him comfortable for the grooming. It's an absolute pleasure to have got a service from them. Will return for sure.

You pay for what you get. The care is amazing. Recently took my rescued dog to them for a full makeover. They took her in and did everything right. I recommend this store. You know quality when you feel the products. Not for the lightweight wallets but if you want the perfect care. Then this place is a must.

My 1.5 year old beagle was very hesitant to get her nail clipped. They took in our puppy and had her best grooming session. She was putting all tantrums during drying and they had masked her. If your dog is like mine you need to approach Roms and Raks.
