Prime location, within town area. The only drawback would be the restaurant being unavailable currently as the property was recently inaugurated and is still being set up. However compared to all other available properties for accommodation in this town or tourists visiting the “Jog Falls” can consider Sarvam Residency for sure. There is a well designed basement car parking facility as well made which makes it convenient for guests. Room highlights- spacious room with good ventilation. Cleanly maintained. The Hotel management as well was very cooperative in terms of accommodating an early check in and out.

Very new and good hotel. Very Nice and tidy rooms. All basic amenities are available. Private parking is available. The owner is a very nice gentleman. Staffs are also very cooperative. Overall good experience.

One of the best hotel in Sagar, it has luxury rooms with ample space to stay with family.

They have parking facility as well.

The staffs are very helpful and check in process is very quick.

It’s a new hotel which packs clean and spacious rooms and provides all the basic amenities at a reasonable price.
Very Courteous staff and Mr Vinayaka is very kind gentleman who not only makes stay comfortable and also helps tourists plan their journey.

Toilets are spanking clean and it has ample parking space. It’s in the heart of the city, accessibility to hotel in busy hours is the only challenge if I have to nitpick.

We were passing through and wanted to halt for the night. after searching on Google and based on reviews selected this lodge.
This newly built and was vacant. Staff was very supportive to show different room options and let us select.

We checked in at night 9:00 pm and staff were helpful to get us food delivered to room.

Their restaurant was not yet operational. Though it is positioned at a narrow lane and approach road us also narrow, had enough parking at their basement.

Overall it was worth the payment.

This is an absolutely beautiful stay 1 hour from Jog falls. The rooms are well maintained and the staff is quite friendly. We had visited the property recently and loved our stay here. If there's anyone who wishes to check out budget stay near Jog this us the right choice

The hotel is very neat, clean , spacious. The staff is very polite and helpful is every way. The owner Vinayak Hegde is a very humble gentleman, helped us arranged vehicle and the driver Kumar is also very polite and showed us almost every places nearby. The hotel is near to railway station and Mysore cafe hotel which is the biggest advantage. Thank you for having us.

We were at this property on 11th September 2024. The experience was amazing and we had a wonderful time. Rooms are very comfortable and of highest standards. Mr Vinayaka the owner deserves the highest compliment and praise for the hospitality and service. Please arrange to have restaurant facilities started as soon as possible.

New stay at the heart of Sagara. If you book online then go and chose your room there itself. Don't take the rooms assigned by default from management. Management is very good and patient. Owner is all about service and quality. Overall best experience.
