Best cab & taxi service I have ever seen. Mr, Vijendra sir gave us a best plan as I had no idea what all to go for but as I mentioned the place which is in my list, Vijendra sir gave a plan which all could be visited and did according. For surprise as time was left he even covered extra places on his own which I don't see others do. He was very friendly, responsible and attentive. I just fixed everything on call from Bangalore and as informed Vijendra sir picked us from the start, as place was required for fresh up even that was arranged by him. We went a members of 3 with two ladies and one gents we were very comfortable throughout the journey and felt as a family trip. If you are looking for a family trip without any second thought you can choose this. He arranges anything required if informed according to us. Vehicle is very well maintained. Price was very reasonable. I choose this after looking to the reviews and its according to it only. He keeps up his word and he is very passionate about his service. Words are not enough to justify this I could only say the best service you can expect and experience.
Thanks Vijendra sir for best service. And from now on this is my only go to option if I plan anywhere though I m from bangalore i liked his service very well even though I m at different place I will go for this.

For those who feel this is a long story, I am sorry. I am capturing all the good things here so that, at least for people like me from outstation can become comfortable while picking the cab service.

Sitting in Bangalore, I was looking for a 2-day weekend trip to Jog Falls and Murudeshwara. Came across ‘Smile Cabs’ through Internet. Just messaged them through WhatsApp and got an instant response in seconds. Vijendra sir was in touch with me and walked me through the 2-day package details and explained about the price. The price was in my budget and I agreed to book the cab service by paying a small portion of token advance through GPAY. That’s it, the cab is booked. Please Note: He is very fluent in English… You don’t have to worry about Language barrier.

Day 1: Vijendra sir send the cab number while I was in train itself and was already waiting outside Sagara Railway station. He welcomed us with a smile, helped us to board all the luggage’s. The car had enough boot space. Even after putting 7 big backpacks, there was still enough space to accommodate more. I was initially concerned if all our luggage’s will fit in. I was delighted that all of the luggage’s were fit perfectly. Each time we boarded the cab, he helped us open the car doors with a smile. It was a five-star hotel cab service. The car was spacious, comfortable, clean.
He had arranged for a room where we can freshen ourselves. The room was good and had hot water. Gave us enough time to get ready and we started our trip to Ikkeri, Sigandur, Kolluru Mookambika Temple and finally to Murudeshwara on day 1. 95% of the travel was through ‘Ghats Section’. Vijendra Sir drove the car like a pure professional. No rash driving, no urgency, very calm, was adhering to all safety protocols. We reached Murudeshwara safely around 5.30pm and had a comfortable night stay. Each time he addressed us or spoke to us, it was always with a ‘Sir’ / ‘Madam’. Each time he opened the car doors for us and closed it.
FYI: We were 4 adults and 2 kids. My father and my kids have ‘Motion Sickness’ problem. So they were restless travelling by car. Every time of vomiting, he asked if he needs to stop the car and stopped it for us. Whenever we asked him to stop the car, without getting angry, he stopped it for us and waited for us to get back to car. Not even a single time he told that it is getting late. He was there with us throughout the journey. We are grateful to him.

Day 2: He was already ready and waiting for us in Murudeshwara hotel. We requested him to modify the trip plan a bit to exclude couple of temples and add some new places. He did that, never said NO. He happily agreed and went based on the new plan. On Day 2 we covered a lot of places like Apsarkonda falls, Eco beach, Marine park, Mangroves, Sharavati Backwater boat ride, hanging bridge, Jog falls back view, Jog falls front view, Linganmakki dam view point to name a few. The drive was scenic. Reached Sagara at 7.00pm. We requested Vijendra sir to book rooms for us at Sagara, he arranged for the rooms and we could immediately check-in after reaching Sagara. He suggested a fabulous place for night dinner and the food was awesome. Next day, we had to take an early morning 5.30am train from Sagara to Bangalore. Though it was not his duty and not in the tour plan, he told us he will come to pick us from hotel and drop in the railway station early morning. Believe me, 5.10am, I gave him a call and he was already on his way to pick us, we boarded the cab and reached the station before the departure time and could reach Bangalore safely.
This 3 day that we were with him, I have nothing bad to comment. He is very well mannered, a nice gentle man, professional in his work, reliable, safe service. If you think of safety of women / child / elderly, then you don’t have to worry at all, you will be in safe hands.

I would repeat to what good things most have written. I would rather and reliability. My entire booking was on phone and whatsapp. But the cab, the driver were really great.No hassle on amount to be paid, which is invariably a matter of conflict at most of the places l have used.
