Good service

The service in Mundgod is extremely poor. They claim they can't deliver to the Tibetan colony, even though every other courier company, including India Post, manages deliveries there using the same address. They're charging the full delivery fee but failing to provide the service.

It's crucial for higher authorities to take immediate and serious action regarding this matter.

**Action: Please call the company customer care and raise a complaint or use different courier brands if possible.

Worst dtc Center I have ever seen in mundgod..they are close always..plus they are not delivered in Tibetan colony…n also the boy is collage students.so how can they give work to collage kids when he can’t do his job properly..just a waste..u guys should check properly before giving them work…n all details is wrong…so disappointed.we came here from far to take parcels.but they are not in there places..

Staff is very rude and he refuses to deliver to my address and is demanding extra money to deliver, which is his job.
