Due to the Ko.Cos and Beiruts of Kottayam, many people fail to nice this gem of an eatery in the heart of the city. Its located near to CMS College, on the way to Chungam. I went there along with 2 of my friends from Kochi at around 4pm. There were no other customers. We had a pizza, chicken steak, garlic bread, squid starters, a shake and a mojito kind of drink. Everything was good. Ive been seeing this cafe for iver 10 years now but never got a chance to visit. I just take my friends to Koco or beirut when they visit. I regret that. This is an amazing cafe and I will visit this place more often. There is no rush; food is great; great and soothing atmosphere; good staff : what else do you want?

Hidden gem! They are slightly away from the city center and hence not very busy during multiple times we visited. Good portion, flavorful and neat premises. Yesterday, we had Risotto Bologna and Cheese pizza with fries (kids size). Well made and tasted great! The Bolognese sauce was not overpowering either. We had Tiramisu as well, which tasted good - make sure to order along with main course, else certain parts of the Tiramisu may turn to be very cold as they store it in freezing temperature.

We have had Chicken burger and Chicken Steak before. Burger is always consistent in taste, though the sauce that accompanied the steak was overpowering with pepper. Gave them the feedback and hopefully it’s addressed.

As someone else mentioned in their review, they need to make a note on cleaning the Menu cards. And, they do home delivery (they are not on Swiggy and Zomato yet) - please do check with them on the rates of delivery beforehand.

Overall they are quite consistent, and we have had very good experiences!

One of the best places to hangout in Kottayam. The food is awesome with menu having a lot of options. The staff is very polite and the ambience was also nice.

Known this place for a bit now... food just tastes awesome here... they know how to cook Italian.... was fortunate to try the Grilled Fish e` Tomato Salsa.... just yumm... the salsa was almost perfect... All the dishes are well seasoned... Here Ceaser salad does taste like ceaser salad(never happens in Kerala)... The pizzas have a generous amount of cheese and topping... only thing I can say where they can improve is with the desserts.... maybe an addition of choc lava cake would make it perfect..!

Probably the best diner you can find in Kottayam. Consistent quality of food and service is much appreciated. The pizzas are heavenly. Wouldn't really recommend the other food items though which are mediocre at best. Also, the pizzas are slightly expensive but we still visit regularly because the experience is always worth it.

Decent price, pizza was amazing! We got a veg pizza which was good, the cheese (margarita) pizza was phenomenal. Bruschetta, while not authentic because it was on a thick wedge of bread, it was very tasty. Mushroom soup was great too. Staff was very friendly. I'm from USA with US tastes, dad's Indian with Indian tastes. Both of us loved it!
Also the facilities and bathroom was very clean, it was like walking in to a mid end American restaurant. Not shabby in any way.

Cozy location with great pizza and burgers. Service takes time. People are ok, courteous (could be warmer, but no problems.)
Food is good (again, could be better, but no problems.) Prices are alright. Borderline expensive. But again, no problems.
Restroom is neat and clean.

Would have given it 4 stars, but in and around Kottayam, they're one of the few good options. So 5.
Take their game up a tiny little notch and they would sweep up the competition.

Came here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely meal. We ordered the Piccante pizza, the beef steak and the Peri Peri chicken - all of which were very enjoyable. The fries that came with the meal were also very good. We had the Tiramisu for dessert and it was excellent. The only negatives were that the food took very long and the drinks were average. Overall, highly recommend this place for a nice break from the local cuisine.

Had strip lion 🥩 the cooking was perfect medium rare. The sauce au- jue was perfectly balanced. Overall worth the money.
