I visited this Old Age Home near Bus Stand in Manendragarh. Currently managed by Lion's Club International Manendragarh. Place is tidy and clean. Separate rooms and toilets for ladies and gents, Pantry and dining hall. One common room for entertainment (a small TV is installed here).

Two workers take care of 8 old buddies (ladies and gents). I talked to an old lady, she suffered a lot in life. Lost two sons and a daughter. Daughter in law threw her out of house. Now, she is spending her life in this shelter peacefully.

This old age home is run by contribution made by businessmen in Manendragarh. Still they require donations for more arrangements. Any kind of help towards this Shelter will be appreciated by Oldies and Lions Club International Manendragarh.
