After enquiring about my bookshelf replacement multiple times they haven't even shared a tracking number. The bookshelf itself is damaged.

Edit. After 2 months of continuously enquiring..I have finally received the bookshelf in good condition. The bookrack is of good quality

This is a fraud company/shop. Don't ever try to order from this. This seller is on Flipkart & amazon as well but they never fulfill your order. Don't pay them in advance as you will loose your money. They never respond to your calls and only bluff with false deadlines. It is possible that they will ask you for complete payment but you will be cheated. I will file a case in few days as I already got cheated by these people. They are not picking my calls and wasted my time & money. I would like to give 0 star if possible.
