I recently visited MRB Kanthari Chicken/thattukada and I must say it was a delightful experience. This place is open till late into the night and early morning, making it a perfect spot for a midnight snack or a quick bite after a night out. The shop is run by a lovely family, including the husband, wife, and their son, along with a few other workers. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, with lots of people enjoying their meals.

Now, coming to the most important part - the food. I must say, the food here is amazing. I tried their signature dish - Kanthari Chicken, and it was just delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection and had a nice kick of spice to it. But what really stole the show for me was the layered kattan chaaya. The chaaya had a unique blend of mint, cardamom, and clove, and it was served in layers. The tea stays on the top layer, and as we blow on it to cool it, it seeps in, making every sip even more flavorful.

The prices here are very reasonable, and the portions are generous. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, and they make sure that the customers are happy and satisfied with their meals. All in all, MRB Kanthari Chicken/thattukada is a must-visit if you're in the area. I highly recommend trying their Kanthari Chicken and the layered kattan chaaya - you won't regret it!

Good quality which is beyond expected from a wayside eatery. Quality & tasty food at handy prices. Kanthari chicken with porotta served here is the best. We could really feel the aroma & flavour of pure coconut oil in it. MRB Stands out in Kundara area as it is open & serving hot foods, tea, sulaimani etc till early morning 3:00 am.
