Best gym in town💪🏼 All the equipment is new and cleaned daily. The atmosphere at the gym is very positive; you instantly feel energetic as soon as you step inside. The trainers are extremely understanding and friendly. You won’t regret joining CoreX.

We found a perfect fitness centre near our place. Managed by efficient Coaches . Normally when we looked out for other Gyms near by our place we observed that mostly it's is in the top floor with aluminium roofing along with other establishment near by. CoreX GYM is a well designed ,well equipped and fully Air conditioned Gym understanding their clients requirements. Spacious work out area for Physical Training and advanced machines for each body part Strengthening. An added advantage is the two excellent coaches who knows and understands us and our abilities and are very dedicated to their job . We joined in the month of July in order to reduce our overweight and improve our flexibility . I have frozen shoulder issue and other health issues where as my husband had joint issues. We were pleased with the guidance given by our coach ABY. He suggesteded us to go for a medical check up to understand our health issues and charted A Diet Plan accordingly. He is always there to help us . He Ordered Resistant Band understanding my hand issues and have helped me to stretch my hand up a bit much more than usual. I have undergone physiotherapy for months but no outcome waste of time and money.Thanks Dear Aby,Now I feel better and my pain has reduced a lot .My husband too had severe joint pain and after working out it pain has reduced and his weight too had reduced. Fat burning exercises and resistance exercises are added benefits for us. We thought we won't be able to do but we were motivated by Our Coach who clearly mentions the consequences.Now we are pleased with the outcome of the daily work out. Coach train us different exercises and work out scheduled on daily basis. We both enjoy working out there listening to energetic music as a booster . The environment is healthy and a bunch of good people around.I Feel comfortable and beautiful after the work out .I personally recommend CoreX GYM an apt place for people who would like to stay fit and young. You can find the change and gradually set an example for your experience.
