Although its not a nationalised bank, it provides us much better service than any other frontline nationalised banks. The employees here are very social and helpful to others. Opening a federal bank account is so simple without even visiting the bank branch. Just download the "fedmobile" app and register as new customer. Also ATM with cash deposit facility (CDM) incorporated for enhanced banking. We can deposit money directly to bank account without waiting in long queues. Above all the helping mentality and service of the staffs will make the customers so delighted. Happy banking💓

Good service. The approach is also thankful. But there is no system to call the bank for any purpose. I don't know if the landline number is inactive or no one is answering the phone.
