I had a nice experience at MARKS Cafe. The food and service was good, and the atmosphere was charming. I would recommend to try their poratta sandwich which is good in taste and quantity. A cozy cafe in Thiruvalla.

Ordered via swiggy. Both the Emirati shawarma and barbeque chicken were very good. Exactly as described and tasted as expected. we were extremely satisfied.
Hope they are consistent with the quality.

Emirati shawarma was good. nicely wrapped and tasty.
Barbeque chicken, beef burger, nuggets and french fries were all tasty.
club sandwich could have been better. I don't think it should be this spicy. usually it is a plain Mayo or thousand island dressing, but this had a spicy mayo dressing. Probably the majority here might prefer that . Other than that it was fine.
I hope the quality remains consistent. Keep up the good work.

I've tried their shawarma, AlFahm as well as their chicken and beef burgers and all of them were really good.
The shawarma was very authentic and juicy and just yum! Would totally recommend to any shawarma lover out there.
Their AlFahm was also quite good..well spiced and very suitable to the Indian palate.
Their burgers...now that was another plate of goodness. Their patties are really thiccc and juicy. You can really taste the freshness in each bite.
Anybody looking for a good food spot in Thiruvalla must definitely try out this place...it's 🤌🏽🤌🏽✨✨

The experience was overall good. The first time we had a bit disappointment on the food but they immediately took the initiative to contact us and tried to rectify the same. The burger later delivered was good. Chicken Burger was juicy and good. And overall the combo was good.
Especially appreciate marks cafe for taking the courage to rectify their mistake. And. appreciate miss Della for communicating and for understanding our feedback patiently. Overall had a good experience.

Currently the best shawarma spot in Thiruvalla.
Perfectly managed to get the authentic arabic type shawarma. Their full meat shawarma is absolutely value for money. Tops in both quality and quantity.

Their pepper Shawayi is highly recommended.
A Mark's special sauce makes it even better.

A wide variety of juices and mojitos to have along with it.

Just try once you won't be disappointed. They are consistent in quality with good customer service.

Small edit : They have introduced Emarathi Shawarma. Chicken + French fries + lebanese garlic and salted pickle. If you are a real lebanese lover, go for this , you won't be disappointed. 💯

Good place for great Arabic food. Very nice service. The lady manager Della is outstanding and goes out of her way to have a wonderful experience. Recommended for a visit.

Had lime juice, lime tea, shawarma and sandwiches from Mark's cafe in multiple occasions. The food was always good and the staff super friendly. There were times when the cafe was about to close when we reached and the staff stayed back to serve us. Kudos to excellent customer service !

I had a veg paneer tikka burger from this place.burger was really good and it was cheaper compared to other Burger places nearby. i am surprised to see negative reviews for this place..as someone who have burgers from all cafes near thiruvalla, this is one of the best place to have a good burger without emptying your pocket..definitely wish to revisit..

Visited today to this place and had an Emirati Shwarma to be Frank an Excellent one. Everyone who loves shawarma should visit this place.

A cozy cafe to have some delicious food. We had Emirati Jumbo Shawarma and from the first bite I took I went all “Yummm”... instantly I was taken back to U.A.E... of all the shawarmas I have had I none of them tasted like this Emarati Shawarma 😊(couldn’t click a photo of it🤦🏼‍♀)we also tried the Beef Burger and it also melting in our mouth and tasted good😊....another one we tried was some of their drinks like Irish coffee, Choco peanut butter shake and Passion fruit mocktail..and all of these three was also good 😊. Thank you Marks Cafe for this Amazing Food. 😋

Had some good time. Small, Sweet and Crispy. A good hangout place for 3 or 4 persons. Food is good with Coffee/Tea and Snacks in Western style.

Went to Mark's cafe yesterday. Couldn't sit n have as I would have liked to, due to covid restrictions. So looked for something as take away. The grilled chicken in the grill machine caught my eye. Now am sure everyone has had normal grilled in different places all over Thiruvalla, but who has laid hands on pepper grilled in Thiruvalla. Now introducing their Pepper shavayi first time in Thiruvalla. I had to try it out. It was tasty n soft, the chicken was big compared to seen in other places, the signature special sauce from Mark's cafe? 😍😍😍👌🏻👌🏻. My mom liked that the best. And Markose's promise of safety for even pregnant women dining I feel it's all covered. No bloated feelings apart from just feeling full and satisfied..😍👍🏻 Loved it.

Excellent Food. Excellent Service and also very nice presentation and quality of the food. I ordered a few of their Emarati Shawarmas and it was excellent.Very Delicious Food and also nice presentation and hygienic restaurant.I highly recommend Marks Cafe to everyone to come and eat on the future.

tried their emrathi shawarma and it was just superb. took me back to uae. so far, the closest to original shawarma in thiruvalla and infact after hajji ibrahim(kochi). just the right ingredients. no unnecessary cabbage and indian spices. thanks alot for this effort. surely, emrathi is a must try. and NRI's do try their emrathi roll- which is wrapped in khuboos, unlike all the other white soft fluffy bread we get in kerala, this is real. a very happy NRI customer.
