Barbeque Nation delivered an unforgettable Valentine's Day experience! They surprised us with a cake and heartfelt celebrations. The grills were tantalizing, especially the succulent prawns and fish dishes. With five types of biryani and a plethora of delectable starters and desserts, the culinary journey was exquisite. The friendly waitstaff attended to our needs with care, enhancing our experience. Though pricier than other options, Barbeque Nation's exceptional food and service made every penny worthwhile. Can't wait to return!

The buffet is totally worth the money, be it veg or non veg. Each staff was very polite, helping always smiling, this made the experience even better along with really good food. I really liked their mutton biriyani.

Nice ambience for family get together. We opted for non veg BBQ buffet (₹899 per head). They gave pani puri chat as starters. Then live barbeque of chicken, fish, prawns, paneer, potato and mushroom. We got to try the buffet after that. The biriyanis were over spiced. Good spread for desserts. Service was excellent and staff very cordial. Had a nice time with family.

I went here without expecting anything. I just wanted grilled food. However, when they started serving the food, I was surprised that the crew are very accommodating and always smiling. They have positive energy! I would also like to mention Iba who was serving me most of the time. She is very sweet and very professional!

I was First time to this Restaurant.The Hospitality was Awesome,And the Food was Excellent and Yummy.The Hospitality team was Excellent expecially Mr Muhammad and Mr sahim.Both of them treated us very well,And Also they are providing a wonderful treat to Birthday guys.Moreover It was a Wonderful Experience in Barbeque nation.I visited this Restaurant without planning but they have an wonderful Hospitality to us.

About the cuisine,They had wide variety of grilled items of chicken,Fish,paneer,veg and fruits.And also coming to the Main course they have different types of salads,Rice,Biriyani.Fried rice, bread items and also Live counters.Coming to the desert they have gulab jamun,semiya kheer and Wheat halwa and Different flavour of Icecreams and kulfis.Moreover It was a Wonderful treat to us when visiting Barbeque Nation.The Hospitality team has mentioned that the customer happiness is very precious to them,that is their success.Front desk ladies there hospitality was very nice they given mouth freshener when leaving.I strongly recommend this Restaurant to my friends and families.And they are different types of mocktail Available which is Extra chargeable.

Wonderful experience. The food was great. Customer service was even better - very patient with my limited hindi as well. Sahim and Mohammed were two of the wonderful waiters. Worth skipping a meal beforehand to take advantage of the buffet. Lots of good options for vegetarians as well.

Had a lovely experience at Barbeque nation. Great service by Ajoy and the team. We are visiting the branch for the first time in India. We have visited the ones in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. Consistency in food and service. I didnt click many pictures but loved every bit of it. Their service recovery is amazing. The garlic butter naan was just perfect. Overall worth every penny!

The staff were very attentive and super super nice. They make sure you’re having a good time at all times. Never ending, super yummy food. Absolutely delicious and plenty with such fair prices. I wish they had beer or some low alcoholic beverages as well but the ice teas and mocktails were nice as well. Would definitely go again to any of their branches I come across. Big thanks.

I've ordered premium veg thali via zomato. Food was very tasty and so was there packing. Price was reasonable compared to the quantity and quality of food. Would definitely suggest the same.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with so many tasteful starters and wide range if mains and finally desserts. The best item was mutton chaap which they have introduced recently. The staff was responsive and caring.

The food was amazing. We had the buffet and everything was cooked to perfection. The service was also excellent. Our waiter was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. This is my favorite Barbeque Nation location. The food is always delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Indian dining experience. The service was a bit slow. We had to wait a long time for our food to arrive. The restaurant can be a bit crowded and noisy, and the buffet can be a bit expensive.

Celebrated my mum’s birthday at barbeque nation at Lulu mall. The staffs were so welcoming and the food was great. With the right amount of spiciness and varieties of food, I would definitely suggest to give it a try. The team was so quick to arrange a small cake under my request. Happy mum happy life!😊. We had been to MG ROAD outlet for birthday celebration few years back. Lovely place to celebrate birthdays, the song and claps by all the staff together really amazing & beautiful.

The all you can eat grill is, well perfect! This was my second time visiting the outlet and I had to leave quickly; the staff was so sweet that they served us as fast as they could, refilled our grill with fresh food and kept insisting that we could grab dessert while they prepare the bill. It's always a delight to meet the staff at LuLu's Barbeque Nation especially since the ambience is great and the food is so worth the money. Absolutely recommend!

Food was tremendous, great staff and ambiance.

We visited Lulu mall on 19 Jan ‘24 and were pleasantly surprised to see that a BBQ nation outlet had opened up. While we were pondering over whether having a meal from there seemed ambitious since our boisterous 1 year old made any sort of dining out challenging. With some amount of trepidation we finally decided to wing it. However, the staff and service was so overwhelmingly top-notch that not only did we get to thoroughly enjoy our meal but the staff members took turned carrying our toddler around within our eyesight. Everything was sumptuous but long after leaving what really stayed with us is the heartwarming service and care that the staff members provided to us that day. Our every need was anticipated and we felt completely spoilt.

A big shout out to Khushi and the other staff members that worked that day for all their effort.

I went there few weeks ago, I would like to note the food and all it's food was extremely fantastic. There was wind range of non veg dishes to choose from, it was also helpful to note food was halal. Sk Rabiul Islam the chef who accommodate us was very helpful and appreciative. He was kind of custom and make sure to adjusted to spice level. Furthermore he was there to help with other things. The barbaque items will be brought additionally till I was satisfied.

The mini buffet lunch without the barbecue is totally value for money, with some excellent mains and desserts options. The mutton biriyani and rotis are without a doubt among the top 3 biriyanis you can get in Kochi. The spread is lavish with very good veg options also available. Chaat counter is also good even though the paav bhaaji was a disappointment.
But where the property sets itself apart as a true fine dining, yet value option, is the warm hospitality of the staff. Helpful and supportive without being intrusive. They seemed genuinely happy to see that we are enjoying the food and the experience. Khushi and Gopal deserve special mention and thanks for making our experience so pleasant.
We will be back with more friends..
