Low price,but all medicines are not available.

Had a bad experience from their staff. My father is a regular customer there and has purchased medicines worth thousands of rupess. And they know my father also since he is a regular customer.
During one purchase I mistakenly purchased another medicine. Now after knowing this, I went for a refund, which can be availed in 10 days. But to my surprise, the staff was soo reluctant when I told I needed a refund. Its as if I was asking money from them personally for free. I don't understand why they gave to put up with a grumpy face when asking for a refund of medicines brought from the same store.
So friends even though it's cheap be ready to face such incidents from them.
