The ambiance and location of the cafe is really nice but the service provided by the staff was not satisfied. When I took the order I was clearly customised and when I received food they made mistake. When I ask their reply was the person took our order was not their staff and that was not satisfied.
The food was affordable and good but the service they provided was below average.

I had a very bad experience with this restaurant. I received burned burgers. If you complain to them they are like "sorry will replace your order" but when on the next call they said they can't replace. And the size of the burger is too small.

Don't buy anything from these guys. Their food and service is very bad. Me and my friends ordered burgers from them and received burned burgers. I didn't receive the ordered drink too they gave me something else instead of green apple mojito. Worst food spot in Irinjalakuda.
