Kalsang Cafe and Restaurant

it’s a very nice cafe/restaurant. the food quantity they serve is too much for 1 person, but otherwise the food is heavenly. they have different different menus different cuisines. they have the best tibetan & korean food to be honest. it’s very authentic. their desserts are also v tasty. the ambience is v good

They offer variety of snacks with yummy taste. I ordered steam momos and fried momos, both were amazing in taste and the service and presenting was super cool.
It's on 1st floor and east to find, near to Square.

Really great selection and very affordable.

We visited on a whim, with a company of 12 and were more than satisfied with food choices and quality as well as speed of service.

I will definitely recommend the Honey Lemon fish, and Kalsang's Special Thukpa.

Kalsang never fails to impress us, this takes the quote a notch higher.

They have a beautiful seating on first floor. Menu is amazing and full of pork , chicken and lamb dishes.

Their lamb tastes amazing, the soups are amazing here.

Do try KOTHA MOMOS, they are just amazing. They have a new range of drinks also on offer and you will love them too here totally.

Quite famous cafe in mcleodganj ,they serves good foods but the Korean foods are abit disappointing. Tibetan authentic available.

I recently had the chance to visit this restaurant. I wanted to eat some Korean food. I tried a kimchi pork dish and it was fab. The service is great! I am keenly looking forward to visit again :)

This is the best place in mcleodganj to have authentic Tibetan food. Best service, best taste and neat and clean atmosphere with no loud music.

We visited this restaurant this week, I must say the food is really good. We had steamed chicken dimsums they were so soft and fresh , the taste was so authentic. You must try the chillie chicken dry that’s also really good. The honey chillie potatoes were so crispy that are generally soggy at most of the places. The server was very sweet and humble. We did not have the time to try the desserts but could see that they had a variety of them like cheese cakes, Japanese cheese cake too. People were having them with coffee. Overall a good place to visit.

Tea Horse Café and Bakery is a slice of paradise in the middle of the bustling Mcleodganj market. Located centrally one feels like they’ve been transported to another land quickly after stepping into the cafe.

The cafe has a serene and soothing vibe which is accentuated by the interiors and pleasant music playing in the background. Service is warm. The quality, taste, portion size of food is absolutely exceptional and is definitely worth the price. It is also one of the most clean and well maintained restaurants in Mcleodganj.

I would say this place offers the best of both worlds where one can feel energised and refreshed after an amazing meal and head back to shopping in the market.

They also have excellent drinks and I would highly recommend the Peppermint Tea.

The restrooms are also well maintained.

Amazing place. Amazing ambience with perfect food and perfect Cleaniless. I only ordered a Irish cappuccino and a lemon wonder which was awesome. The combination of both was so perfect. Staff was also very gentle. I will definitely come again to try something more special.

One of the best places I have had prawns- "Saeu Kkanpunggi Kiwi" after a long time. I can't forget the love I felt while enjoying it. Best chef!!! Thanks to everyone from chef to the service!

Another fantastic cafe @ macloedganj. I was impressed at the interiors, well dressed chef , responsive service staff & good options. Tried the Tibetan breakfast which was simple crazy good. The spicy aloo Katsa in the breakfast is amazing when paired with the local bread. Great place to hang around & go shopping in the streets.

While, walking at the McLeodganj market ; we found this beautiful cafe all lit up. As we entered, it seemed blissful with Tibetan vibes and meditative music. We had their special hazelnut latte with pineapple upside down cake. We were hosted by very warm and kind people :)

Beautiful experience. The cafe has a upscale vibe to it but is totally reasonable. Went twice and had waffles with fresh fruit both times, was amazing. We also had Margherita pizza, cold coffee, omlet ..all recommended.

This place is perfect for a date. Just like mine if your gf is also into korean cuisine, then you must visit this place. Staff is really polite and helpful. There's this staff guy named ZEPIN he's always ready to help with his suggestion regarding food. The ambiance is really cool and the plus point is that along with ambiance, food is very, very tasty.

Food is delicious here , If you ever visit Macleod Ganj. Just taste the food here it is near the Main square of Macleod Ganj.

This place serves the best quality food and the price is also good according to the taste and quality. It's a must visit place also there was a staff named Zepin, he was really friendly and helpful with all the things. He was sweet and also guided us about the food to try so, thank you so much Zepin👍🏻.

Delicious food, portion size- more than you expect, quick service and really cool ambience. They also play light, soothing music.

We ordered-
Veg Thukpa(1 is enough for 2 people, even 3),
Veg Momos(served with tomato soup),
Chilli cheese toast(4 humongous triangles of toasts),
Mango Smoothie and Mocha Frappe.
Yeah, we hadn't had breakfast, hence we ate a lot and still paid less than 1000 for all of them.
Do visit! You can also try their desserts and take home their baked breads.
