Pruthvi Marketing Shri Vijay Margaj Sir and Developer, Promoter Shri Appa Bhise Saheb Very Nice Persons, transparent business, excellent quality of homes, best quality amenities provided by Shri Appa Bhise, Owner of Moreshwarwadi, I never saw a person so down to earth and would like to give latest facilities to home buyers, comfortable payment method with verification of work done, I came to Moreshwarwadi 9 months after booking with lot of requests from Shri Vijay Margaj, Pruthvi Marketing, they provided regular updates of home development with videos and photos, fulfilled all the promises, it's a dream project and dream House for me, thank you Pruthvi Marketing and Aarya Developers

Entire team is very kind, nice and soft spoken. Mr. Bhise is a proud owner of this entire project and he is very helpful and attentive to smallest issue. Construction is also very good, door quality can be better or need improvement otherwise excellent project to invest in. All the tourist spots are near by....you would get top ROI for sure....

आम्ही 2020मध्ये बंगला बुकिंग केला. आम्हाला दोन वर्षे झाली बंगला ताब्यात घेऊन. आम्ही सतत तिथेअसजाऊन रहात असतो. आम्हाला कसलाही त्रास आता पर्यंत झालेला नाही. व्यवहारा बद्दल बोलायचे झाले तर अतिशय पारदर्शक व्यवहार आहे. सर्व व्यवहार चेक मार्फत होतो.भिसे हे एक अतिशय चांगली व्यक्ती आहे. ते कोणत्याही वेळी मदतीसाठी हजर असतात. मरगज यांनी कधीही मालक असल्याचा दावा केला नाही प्रोजेक्ट खुपच सुंदर
व निसर्ग रम्य आहे. तिथून परत यावे असे वाटत नाही. आम्हाला अतिशय सुंदर जागा मिळाली आहे आम्ही त्यासाठी देवाचे आभार मानतो.
