I came across Altveda page on Instagram and liked their philosophy.
Along with Ayurvedic products they provide simple yet effective monsoon remedies.
I tried the Ashwgandga extract for men and it to be very healthy.
These ayurveda supplements are anyday better than taking multivitamin tablets which some doctors prescribe just to earn commissions.

I recently bought a golden healer @altveda.I started using this product from past one month.This is really high quality Tumeric Curcumin. The fact that it's all natural and free from any fillers, binders makes it much purer than what the other brands have to offer. I tend to look into natural ways to increase immunity instead of relying on harmful medications. I initially started with 1 capsule, then 2. I recommend taking it with a warm glass of milk. I'll continue taking this brand.
