Fitness First Gym

Really nice and complete gym for a workout. Came here just for a single day while travelling and even though the gym was closed during lunch time (I didn't know it) they let me work out.
The owner is very nice and will help you with anything you need!

I have been working out here since 4 months now it's been fantastic lot of assistance by trainers. Well management.I have lost 12 kg just in 3-4 months and that's a big achievement for me.The instructors are knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.Sonu sir the gym instructor is extremely welcoming and he makes workout fun and challenging!! The classes are so intense for every level.Moreover it is spacious n whenever you got tired go and take a Massage..😎.And yeah having an awesome workout partner makes all difference. Yeah it feels good to be here..!! Thank you for everything..!!😊

I have been a member of this gym for past 5 months and it has been a wonderful experience.. I have lost 6 kgs in just 2 months and its all bcoz of the efforts of the fully dedicated and hardworking gym trainer sonu sir. All facilities for weight loss as well as weight gain are available. And both the instructors are best at their job. It is spacious and well maintained. Homely atmosphere. Regular exercise sessions after every hour from morning till evening. If you are looking for something different then regular do join fitness first.

I am regular customer of fitness first and my experience for beauty and laser has been great. The staff at fitness first are very friendly and good at service. Also, the human touch and a healthy interaction adds on to the services. I recommend more people to visit and avail services.

I joined this gym 2 years back .. And was overwhelmed by the environment and the trainer,owner and equipment,machines and came up with very positive results too early .Again after 2 years am back again along with a friend and was really glad to have our one and best trainer Mr Sonu Chaudhary .I think it is one of the Best gym in Simla these days .wish good luck. It is very good gym and have good trainers and equipments. Great atmosphere there in the gym and best instructed exercise done there. I just loved it for their dedication to their client.Client satisfaction is best provided there if you want to look fit, you must visit FITNESS FIRST.

The gym is really perfect for the one's who dont make any excuses for working hard for their body. Moreover the trainers are very motivating and professional with their work. Thumps up for this gym.
The best part is that this gym is really cool for the girls as well because of the atmosphere🤟

Clean gym, friendly staff, a good Number of different types of equipment, including larger weights, ropes, machine,and space to do your own thing.
Great Tanners, fun family atmosphere...most importantly the only gym I've seen amazing results from!

Mr.Sonu is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. And Gym has all the necessary equipments.i really like the trainer's and people out there in gym. i wll say my money is well spended here and i am in no regret at all bcz it tried allot of gym....🏋💪😎

Fitness first Gym is situated in the Heart of Shimla. I have visited lots of Gym in Shimla but the gyming experience at fitness first is unique as the trainers and other staff members are very humble and helpful. Trainers especially Mr. Sonu Choudhary is very much professional and have complete knowledge of his domain. He guides you properly during the workout.
Moreover gyming space is very good and equipments are very well maintained.

Wonderful gym ...the best thing about this gym is that it is spacious .... and all the required equipment is available in ample amounts ....I don't have to wait for my turn bcoz of ample amount of equipments....trainer is also awesome, supportive and has a great knowledge and experience

Fitness first gym is a great place for workout....this is the best gym in 'Sanjuli with very good facilities and equipment.....our trainer 'Sonu sir' is very helpful , hardworking and puts in all the efforts to bring out the good in us.

Worth visiting the place...Staff are cordial and helpful. "Fitness first gym" gave excellent treatment to maintain healthy fit body .... this has been good for development body .... But you should the work according to trainer... then you'll be seen great results......so, be stronger then Ur excuses...

Amazing Experience with "Fitness First" I have lost 7kgs in just 2 months Its becouse of my trainer (sonu sir and sachin) Now,I fell more confident and energetic than before!!! The gym has all Modern eqiupments & instructor is very good. Sonu Sir and Sachin sir are extremely knowledgeable in shimla regarding exercises. This is a best place to workout.......
