We went from Jammikunta to Guntur and back again in a 27 seater bus . Bus condition was terrible. We first went to see the bus 10 days before travel and it was good from outside but when we started travelling it was making noisy sounds and seats are shaky.

Bus driver rather took long route via miryalaguda than taking a shorter route via Khammam to avoid tolls and taxes. The road was not at all good and it took 3 hrs extra via that route.

The travels agency started blaming us for taking that route although we have never mentioned taking that route.

Overall it’s wasn’t a pleasant experience
AC was good but windows are shaky and loose. Please to confirm the route before your travel although you have no idea. Just check google maps and ask agency to go via that route

I will not prefer choosing this service again

We have to go from Warangal to karimnagar... Bus time was given at 2pm but it has reached to us by 5 pm actually at 6 pm we have to reach at marriage hall They don't follow time and in one day they do 2 to 3 trips and take proper amount....
