Not as good for Cleaning

I visited in Mahadev Hospital for my mom blood test and short brother wife consultation with gynae Dr. Experience with Dr was very good she is very kind and knowledgeable did the proper counseling. But the reception staff are very non-cooparative they do jot have the smile on their face when pt interacted with then their face shows like they don't want to meet with pt (Pata nai Kaha se aur kyu Aa Gaye hai) these kind of reflection come from their faces. The man who is in reception he is very very rude he don't have the manners that how to speak with patient. Even if u see the wall clock that is not in right time we went there at neat about 10:30am but time was in wall clock 6:30am so they don't bother about the surrounding what things are need to manage. If we are visiting in private hospital so we should get that feelings and satisfaction level but it's like a government hospital lady who taking the blood same did not informing that how much time will report get the ready when we ask she replying that reports will come at ground floor reception she should inform that this is TAT for report they all are very unprofessional people's.
