Service is good, no rush doctors are limited.

If you really want to get cure then go in any clinic or hospital but don't come here. You cannot move without paying 1000 rs. From there. A middle class cannot come to them. They are ,making money, they know very well . Staff is really rude. They give you injections just like an animal. They even don't clean the area properly. Bedsheets aren't changed. Only mopping doesn't mean your nursing home is cleaned.

They are just looting money from patients. They are not giving any bill for the medicine we are buying from there.

This nursing home is very very bad in their working service and other related things

They charge too much, but quality of work is zero
My wife’s surgery held in this nursing home and they even don’t have oxygen supply in their OT no lights and even no air AC.
All the tools are here and there and they use these OT tools without sensitizing it

Please don’t select this nursing home never ever.
I have very very bad experience with it.
You even can’t find out who is the sweeper and who is the nurse from their staff.

Once if sweeper free they even do the injections to patient.

I took my wife for caesarian delivery at Monoj Sood Nursing home in Nagrota, Kangra. It was very shocking as they were giving medicine without leaf basically open medicine without any details on medicine. I complaint about providing open medicine to pharmacy as they were touching this medicine with bare hand as well like no hygiene at all. They asked me to talk to doctor. I went to doctor and head of the hospital, they started arguing with me that we have been running this hospital for almost 35 years with same practice and there is nothing wrong with it. I told them it’s not right you can’t give open medicine with bare hand you have to follow right procedure for the treatment, as I’ve paid around 50, 000 rupees for the surgery, when I refused to take that medicine to patient doctor write prescription to buy from outside but I could not get those medicine from outside, so I had to get discharge patient from their hospital without getting proper treatment.
