Lovely shopping experience at Tonico mart. Good quality products, well arranged shelves, imported items like chocolate, coffee, noodles and a large selection of sauces, fresh vegetables and fruits, they got everything. Friendly staff and amazing customer service. They got enough parking areas too. Best place for your grocery shopping in Kottayam. Highly recommended

Visited the mart recently and had an amazing experience. This hypermarket is easily spotted and accessible. There is an ample amount of parking space available most of the time.If you couldn't find a spot in front of the mart, there's adequate space available at the back of the mart.

The hypermarket is split into two divisions, grocery section and fresh zone.

Grocery section: You'll be able to find mostly famous imported food products in the rack. I couldn't definitely say, I haven't seen such a variety of products anywhere in Kottayam. They have a dedicated fresh fruit section and dry fruit section, and all products are restocked in a regular interval of time.

Fresh zone: You'll be able to purchase all kinds of fresh fish and meat from this zone. They dress it according to what customers say and pack it nearly.

The service offered by the staff is top notch. They clarify all your queries regarding the products available.

If you are in and around Kottayam, you should definitely check this mart out.

Fentastic dine and a homely atmosphere

I have used this conveineince shop for three Months now and have built an awesome bond between the employees / staff.especially Mr Ponnappan (fresh zone section)
The staff are really friendly and come across as experienced and welcoming.
their price choices are always best and quality always at pinnacle level.
Fresh fishes are available here and great hygiene standards are followed here. The whole place is very spacious and very effectively ventilated. The prices are very economical considering the availability of fresh fishes directly from the net. The cleaning service is also very quick and prompt. They clean and cut according to our specific instructions, whether its for a curry or grilling.i recommend highly an advise a stroll to this shop.

The only place where you can get all the imported food items like chocolate instant noodles, various drinks, savouries etc. Parking space available. Tonico also offers online delivery nearby Kottayam city area. There's a tonico cafe also nearby. They provide carrying bag free (though I encourage carrying one yourself for the environment)
