Very good place for branded clothes, also Electronic items available, also there is all grocery item available

The store is yet to get to its full potential. Most of the grocery items are available at the store.

Service expected from Reliance better than d mart.. Billing executives are busy with their phones & most important you can't find price tag for discounts & offers on half of the product there, Everytime you have ask their employees for help. Also many items tagged after pick up by customer. All items are there but mismanagement to search.And not smoth trolly movement in some area.

Service not good.. Also many items billing can't be done as per their statement those products are not entered in their system.. Then why are you selling them!!??

Very less billing counters are open and billing executives are rude and arrogant. No customer service at all. Always long queues at billing

Have to give one star as there is no option available for lesser than this I can give. Very bad and Pathetic service.

Thrash payment counter system. It took me more than 40 minutes. Worst coustomer service ever seen in inorbit mall.

Absolutely bad quality service. They like to deceive customers in this place.

Yesterday, I had been to Reliance smart bazaar.

1) They have people from NGOs disturbing customers to join some social campaign in the middle of shopping. When a customer walks into the store, it is to purchase goods, the last thing they want is, to be bombarded with random promotional campaigns that have nothing to do with the purchase itself.

2) Ther was an announcement that they will be doing home deliveries to customers who are interested, for which they are requested to enquire at the billing counter. Upon enquiring about it, the cashier blatantly lied that no such home delivery service has been initiated, despite them announcing the same minutes ago on loud speaker.

3) Almost half the billing counters are kept deliberately closed, with the staff just leaving the counter unattended and busy with their phones. This causes long queues and unnecessarily long wait times.

4) Lastly, it seems the manager of this place has issued a guideline to the cashiers to deceive customer regarding the mode of payment. The lady at the billing counter shamelessly lied that credit card payment is not working at the moment and insisted on paying with UPI. I found it bizarre having witnessed myzelf that every other POS device was working fine in the store. She lied about credit card payments being out of order, so I tried paying with UPI via credit card.

The thing is, they have disabled UPI credit card payments despite banks on boarding credit cards on UPI.

They are lying to customers about credit card POS being out of order in order to save MDR.

If the device had been genuinely out of order, I would have understood it as a technical issue. But they lied, which is unacceptable.

They live under the assumption that the customer who comes to their store is stupid and so it is easy to deceive them.

Visiting D-mart if better, as reliance group just doesn't value its customers.

Very bad behaviour of staff...and very lazy staff...though manpower available no body bother about the payment line..zero star

Very useless. No attendant to weigh the products. 1 personnel said Good Knight is available at particular place, another one said we don’t yet have license so it is not available. While waiting in queue at counter, their worker brought tag of some customer under pretext of checking the amount if under offer and directly did the billing of that customer, and we were kept waiting. No queue discipline. No manners.
