Few days back i went to your showroom and it was my worst experience ever.
Your salesman was so rude to us.
I often visit your showroom but never had this type of case.
He also said abusive words to us.

I have been to the lotto showroom with my family as my dad wanted to buy some shoes, the staff was very rude and unprofessional, as I told the salesman to get both the shoes so my father can try and could easily made his decision but he denied to get the another shoe and when I said we are leaving, he happily replied yes you can go, like seriously this kind behaviour when all the businesses are suffering due to pandemic. I request you to train your staff first how to talk to customers. Very disappointed.
