Ujala general store has now been split between 2 brothers. One has the front door and other has the rear door. Mostly both has similar products but there are some product which are exclusive to them like dairy product can be sold by the rear ujala shop only as per there split agreement. Also the front ujala general store's store kipper has good manners and are soft spoken but the shop kipper of the rear one is a bit rude. Also the front one will give some discount to everyone without asking, but the rear one will not do the same without asking. Kirana items like flour, sugar, pulses, etc will only be available in the rear store. Although earlier they both brothers use to sell in the same joint store and behave well with the customer, but now they have changed at least the rear one. They have almost all the things which are required by the local people. If something you want is not there then you will get it only in a mall like big bazar. If something is not with them and you need it then if you give them time then they will make that available for you. Every thing is fine with them but something could have been better such as they should have more front space for four wheel vehicle to be parked there which is lacking, they could have provided a bit more discount as some other shop provide a bit more discount than them, and digital payment could have been accepted there as it is lacking and people of new generation like to shop by cards or online transfer or digital wallet payments like paytm or phone pay.
