Puma One of the best buys I made this month buying cloths and shoes . The brand has not failed to impress me,but for me I found it is little more collections in T-shirt’s and jackets . its worth buying sometime when you are wanting for long time

I bought a pair of running shoes and other items, a week back. I have been wearing them almost everyday, and they are quite comfortable. The store has good collection and Mancy is very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me select the pair and provided a lot of info about the product. Overall, good product and service. Greatly satisfied.

The store is big and spacious. Visited yesterday and sales representative was very very friendly. Whichever style clothing I selected to choose the size he helped a lot.
Trial room was also clean. The store staff was clearing the clothes from trial room very very fast.
Overall I had good shopping experience.

Recently, I requested him to get me a specific product which was not in the store and he went the extra mile to acquire it from local warehouse and then courier it to me as I could not visit the store due to COVID-19 pandemic. I am very happy to say that I was attended with the utmost professional attitude and the willingness to cater my needs in these tough times of physical isolation. Your staff Amandeep singh made sure that all my requests were resolved at the earliest and made me feel really very comfortable throughout this procedure by completing all formalities via phone calls, video conferencing and online payment procedures.

I was really very pleased by the personal care for privacy that was provided at multiple steps of this total process of my online shopping experience. He reminded me of the professional attitude with a special caring touch I experienced when I shop at the puma store in NYC, USA. Really good experience at the store . I was attended by staff Mancy. She was very courteous , polite , friendly & helped me around the store .. there are many big stores around for sportswear but what makes this stand out is the staff beahaviour & ofcourse the products.

One thing I have to point out though is the light in the trial room - its really not good & doesn't show the actual way or color the garment looks . Pls get this changed .

the staff's are very kind and polite. they help you out to find things which u need. they can speak 4 languages ( English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil). they also deliver your clothes if u want. the service was amazing. this was the first time I visited to puma in forum shanthiniketan and I loved it

Mr. Chandan helped me shop for my parents. He and Mr. Patrick showed me clothes and shoes patiently and they delivered the desired product with extra sizes for trial making the shopping experience very convenient. They are enthusiastic about their job , very courteous and quick with their response and delivery time. They also followed complete covid protocols and this made my shopping experience even more pleasant.
