Normal Shopkeepers charge MRP whereas on Reliance some concession is given to the Customer almost all the items are available in the store. One negative point is that on the name of environment the don't provide carry bag they provide but charge for that .Either Customer must be made aware or Smart point should have customer friendly approach.

Ah, was little hard to notice at first however it was a pleasant experience shopping in here. There are always discount running up on the MRP, smart point is nothing but a general store kind of. Thought it would have online gadgets inside however it was just grocery store.
