Newly opened store by SSM and Jio mart. Very spacious and all essentials are available with huge discount.

They took the order and payment was smooth ( gpay ). And they said delivery between 3-5pm. It is 7pm and not yet delivered. My parents are waiting from 1pm. Turns out the store address in the map is not from where the items are delivered. Not sure if I will use them again.

Tey have cheap rates but tey will not deliver. Will call and say product not on stock. And ask us to cancel.

If tey cant deliver the product why it was shown as available?!

you can order only bath room , toilet items etc. but surly not vegetables. i have bought vegetables several time after giving bad feed and review, but no improvement. very very bad quality vegetables even cow will not eat that. Now i stopped buy vegetables/edible items. only ordering toilet cleaner , soap.. items.

very very very worst service. placed a grocery order on Aug 15th. Today it is Aug 20th 2022. Still now order has not been delivered. Every day delivery date is getting increased. when contacted customer care, they simply ask you to wait. For a grocery should a person wait for more than 7 days. Now a days there are app which delivers in 10 min. I am not sure what world this Jio mart live in. Regret from my heart for placing the order. Funny thing is there is no option to cancel the order. On hearing this i was like what the dash.....

Very very worst service.. Don't put order in this forum.. Because they are not delivered products at right time.. Even before order showing delivery date day after tomorrow. After ordered the product. They increased the delivery date... Very Worst part

Worst delivery time and once paid we have to wait 7 days for refund ,will jio wait for seven days to payment
