Never buy anything from this shop. Fraud people. Specially don't buy expensive equipments from this shop. These people while selling the product behave as if they are the sweetest one and then they ignore your calls and messages and don't give services too. While buying they were behind us for money and assured that they are just a call away we can call anytime for service and when it is the actual service time they keep on ignoring your messages and calls. I had bought bipap for my mother and oxygen machine for my grandmother. Doctor then recommended that she does not need bipap so we politely said the person that we don't need bipap we will buy oxygen machine. They said okay as it's ordered you have to pay after 7 days we will take it return and refund the money(35k). We were not sure about it. But these people made sure that we pay them and then they did not refund nor took the machine back. Now they are not giving service for oxygen machine too. I am just warning everyone never ever trust this shop. They are totally fraud. I don't want anyone else to suffer as we are suffering from almost 8 months.
