This newly opened store has products for sale from brands like Raymond, Park Avenue, ParX & Color-plus. The product range is good and discounts and acceptable. Appointed staff is supportive while purchasing.
Product Alterations are not up to the mark, tailor spoiled the height alteration and patchworked with local product waste remains.
Visited store thrice after purchase to follow up alterations and needs to wait for a manager who usually steps out for smoking breaks.
Pathetic after-sales service, no sense of responsibility for delivery and alternations. No value of the customer’s purchased product & time. “Misspend one product out of five”
