Enghelab Sports Complex

I recently visited Enghlab Complex in Tehran for a run and I must say, it is the perfect spot for fitness enthusiasts. The lush green trees provide ample shade during the scorching summer heat, making it possible to run even in the middle of the day. The facilities here are top-notch, with drinking stations conveniently located throughout the complex. Additionally, there are several cafes and restaurants available for post-workout refreshments. Overall, I highly recommend Enghlab Complex for anyone looking for a great place to exercise and unwind in Tehran.

the great place for running

Its a very good place for almost any sport activity u might want to do. u need to register before u can enter the complex. doing so u can enter the complex and walk in the health road for free which a great thing to do in your free time. in order to use other facilities u need to pay separately. there are several cafe's and restaurants where u can find good food and coffee. after all everything is so good and convenient.

That’s a great place for doing sports in any fields . Best place for walking or jogging.

Great place for athletes and people who are looking for a location to spend tike with friends and family.
Many restaurants and Cafés as well as a 2590 meter long road for walking and running.

That’s a great place for doing sports in any fields that you like with full amenities for all of them. Best place for walking or jogging 🏃‍♀ and there is a lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool which you can use it even in winter ❄ with hot water and jacuzzi which is my best choice!

This place has everything you need starting from a coffee shop to bowling alley and tennis courts would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for calm walks or high energy sports

very challenging atmosphere for sport , Green space with clean air trees abundant and golf ground . there is a health road Which is devoted to walking and running . Lots of gyms and swimming pools , food courts and restaurants

You can find diffrent type of sport class here, like swimming class, pilates, golf, climbing and ....
Actually here has a road to walk and it is really good. On the way of this road you see some resturants and cafes.
Here has a parking and you shoud not be worry about it
There is just one thing, the ticket for here is a little expensive
