متاسفانه با وجود یکی لز بزرگترین پادگان های سپاه پاسداران در ابتدای ورودی این شهر شاهد بدترین نوع زیر سازی جاده ، بدترین رمپ و بی نور تریم مسیر در مازندران هستیم مسائله دیگر نبود پارک بزرگ در محله ی کاسمده است که می‌تواند در زمین مردمی کنار میدان مدافعان حرم احداث شود و موجبات تغییرات بزرگی در زندگی مردم کل شهر امام زاده عبدالله شهرستان آمل را فراهم کند و مسائله نهایی آسفالت افتضاح خیابان اصلی دانش تا امام زاده عبدالله است که پتانسیل بالایی به جهت انجام سرمایه گذاری و همچنین انجام مراسم های مذهبی را فراهم کند . متأسفانه شهرداری در زمینه ی رسیدگی‌به محله کاسمده و ورودی آن بشدت کم کار است
