We were so fortunate to have Stefano as our tour guide through the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. He is brilliant in providing the history and interweaving the Roman culture. All of this is through true passion. The amount of information kept coming. You will find that you don’t want the tour to end even after a five hour journey. We already look forward to another tour with you in the future.

This was an amazing tour experience. I've been to the Vatican and Basicila before, but Stefano made this an unforgettable experience. He is a walking encyclopedia, and taught us so much about the history of the Vatican. He also has a great sense of humor. Thank you for the memorable tour!

First of all thank you 1 City Tour. At Pantheon their was a long line. But the guy I forgot the name. He was amazing. The line was long and we go directly to skip line. We are so happy about this service. I recommended you guys to buy tickets from 1 City Tour. I think they are best. The tour operator guy was so kindful and his behaviour was so kind....Thank you to 1 City Tour.

This was my first time in Rome, and the tour was amazing! I got to see the whole city and all the important landmarks. The guide was amazing and I would 100% recommend it.

Excellent tour!! Our guide Stefano made the experience unforgettable. He explained everything to the point while also adding interesting facts about the Basilica and everything else in the tour!!

Our private tour of the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican with Stefano could not have been any better; Stefano was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and engaging. This day exceeded our expectations!

Rifat was excellent. He was able to change our 430 booking to 2 PM because we were tired from our flight. He was very understanding and very professional. I wish all tour people could be like him!

At first we had many problems with the payment because of my bank. Yet the company really made sure to try everything so we could book and enjoy the tours we chose.
We took a trip to Pompeii which I can really suggest to everyone. Pompeii is amazing to see and having a very kind and friendly guide with you is very good. They also pick you up right at where you're staying so that was great and it includes a free pizza.
The second thing we booked was the gladiator tour for the Colloseum which was also good. If you want any ticket, that's the one. We didnt have to wait in line and I can assure you without a ticket like that you'd have to wait HOURS to get into the Colloseum. Also our guide was once again very well informed and seemed to really enjoy it just as much as we did.
The third thing we bought there were tickets for the borghese gallery which we didnt enjoy as much but that's to the borghese gallery itself (you can only stay 2 hours, no pictures allowed etc) but the way 1 city tour handled everything and wanted to make sure you have a pleasant stay was very nice. They connect to you by whatsapp and if you have questions you could just give them a quick call or message.

We have a tour in Pantheon. It was amazing. Directly skip line. We will miss the tour. The guy was amazing. We are from South Korea. See you next 1 City Tour.

Grazie mille a Stefano Acetelli!! Our 11-person family from teenagers to grandparents enjoyed our time with Stefano at the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. We could not imagine a better, smarter, more personable tour guide! He taught us so much, in a very entertaining way.

Great tour of St. Peter’s Basilica today with Stefano - entertaining and knowledgeable. Made the long wait to get through security much more enjoyable.

An incredibly fun way to experience Rome and a very convenient location. Christian especially was super helpful and accomodating, and his English was really good which made the whole rental process effortless.

In terms of feedback, I hardly have any. Those 5 hours you have the Twizy go by really quickly. If there had been an 8 hour rental option for say €20 more we would've chosen that despite most likely not actually driving that much further.

My other feedback is that it was a little confusing to find the location. A little sign outside would go a long way. Especially as there's another rental place a couple of doors down that does have signs outside.

We are a family from Kazakhstan. We have a tour at Pantheon. It's skip line and we are so happy to this service. Thanks to your family of one city tour.

The staff was amazing, they helped us get all the SkipTheLine tickets for both the Vatican Museums, Colosseum, and they have an incredible tour for the St. Peter’s Basilica with a really nice guide.
They offered us an incredible Villa Borghese Bike Tour which was very relaxing and full of informations throughout the beautiful park of Villa Borghese with a really nice coffe break as well.
Rating 10/10, we will contact them again as soon as we’ll start planning another vacation through Italy being that they have other incredible tours for other cities as well.

The best way to see the see city! My girlfriend and I hired a Twizy to see the sights of Rome. We got to venture much further than we would have been able to on foot, including the various viewpoints highlighted when collecting the car. Would recommend to anyone wanting to see all of the sights without having to walk miles and miles!
