VILLA Il Passo Degli Ulivi

Lovely location. Beautiful villa. We had the most wonderful holiday here. A real family affair - 6 adults plus 10 month baby and there is plenty of space and fabulous facilities.
The pool (fence all around to keep kids safe) is deep enough to dive off the board, and the facilities are just perfect. Beautiful terrace, various sitting areas including a curtained gazebo next to the large BBQ. The Spa Bath was wonderful after a day walking in the Tuscan hill towns in the area. Sienna is just 50 minutes away, Florence a bit further. Lots of other lovely quieter places such as Montelcino and San Quirico nearer - within 30 or 35 minutes.
Antonella and Donato made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
A great place for the perfect Tuscany holiday.

Lovely quiet location with good facilities and views

Ein absolut perfekter Urlaub. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und mit einer fantastischen hausgemachten Lasagna verwöhnt.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und gepflegt, wunderbares Pool mit herrlichem Garten. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette magnifique villa. Tout était parfait, demeure magnifiquement aménagée, chacun son espace. La piscine et le spa juste topissimes...Les hôtes sont des personnes bienveillantes, d'une grande gentillesse et très prévenantes. Merci Antonella, Donato et Davide.

Lugo disperso nella campagna maremmana dove relax e tranquillità s'incontrano perfettamente con la natura.

La struttura è da poco rinnovata e a breve partirà un progetto molto interessante con l'ampliamento della zona ristorante. Agriturismo a conduzione familiare dove l'amore e la passione per il proprio lavoro rendono questo posto uno dei top della zona.

E' possibile da qui inotlre raggiungere le classiche mete marittime in poco tempo. Massimo 30 minuti siamo a castiglione della Pescaia /Rocchette e le classiche mete del Golfo Toscano.

Ottimo posto, meravigliosa vista sulle colline toscane.... Ottimo per chi vuole stare in pace e passare dei giorni tranquilli...
