Colombo Antonio e Figli - Cascina Pastori - Degustazione Pinot Nero, Visite in cantina, Wine Shop

When travelling in Piemonte, Colombo Cascina Pastori , it’s definitely a place to be for a wine lover. I stopped in Bubbio to eat some Plin and afterwards I had a chance to have a tasting at Cascina Pastori last summer. What a beautiful experience! Andrea made me a tour of the winery, explained everything in a perfect English (he speaks some French as well, if you prefer) and then made me taste their wines. It was a first for me to taste a Alta Langa, and it is a must for a wine lovers: it’s a beauty and freshness of Piemonte in a glass. I recommend the Rosé. The red wines are beautiful as well. Cascina Pastori is a small, family business managed by Andrea, a wine and surf lover. If you stop, I promise you will have a blast. You know what to do next: book your flight, rent a car, and rush to Piemonte to discover this beautiful terroir. And as it was a love from the first sight between me and the Pinot Noir, I bought one case of Alta Langa Rosé and one of Pinot Noir Apertura.

Beautiful winery sitting on top of a hill with nice views of the surroundings hills. I tasted their sparkling wine and it was very good. But, I was here to taste their Pinot noir recommended by a sommelier friend. Their 2016 maxima was extremely good and incredible given quality/price. We did buy a case

Vino semplicemente eccezionale con utilizzo di vitigni sorprendenti per la zona come il pinot nero ("Apertura" forse il fiore all'occhiello). Location da favola, possibilità di degustare in loco seguiti da una famiglia preparatissima e appassionata. Per chi cerca nuove emozioni.

Ho visitato la cantina prima del covid ed è BELLISSIMA!!! conoscevo già i vini ,tutti buonissimi il mio preferito resta " PINOT NERO*

A causa di un disguido è stata consegnata una qualità differente ma la cantina ha provveduto in un paio di giorni a spedire la qualità ordinata.

Best Pinot Nero in piemonte ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location incantevole, immersa nella natura delle Langhe e circondata da filari di vigna.
Proprietari disponibili e cortesi a soddisfare le curiosità dei visitatori & last but not least vino di ottima qualità....
