Im Vinschgau Urlaub besuchte ich kurz vor Ladenschluss die Metzgerei. Der Inhaber empfahl mir die hauseigenen Würstl zum Grillen.
Als ursprünglicher Franke kenne & schätze ich unzählige Bratwürstl/Schinkenwürstl, die Version in Prad ähnelt herzhaften Schinkenwürstl und ist super lecker. Geschmack top! Mitarbeiter top!
