Just checked out today and we LOVED our stay.

We got an upgrade on our first night since the AC wasn’t working in our original unit and then later on got transferred. During our stay we were in unit 33 and Villa Rosa. Villa Rosa had a private pool and was beautiful - definitely recommend for the privacy.

We didn’t eat at the restaurant but did get some room service in the afternoon. Caesar salad was great & so was the tiramisu.

We also did the wine/olive oil tour for 30 euros per person - it was short but a great explanation (I’m not much of a wine person but I enjoyed it.

They have shuttles that take you to Florence, pick up is at 9:45 am and they will bring you back to the hotel at 3:45 pm (I wish they had more time options)

Breakfast is included with your stay and everything is fresh, no complaints whatsoever. The peach juice & chocolate croissant were my favorite!

Impruneta is beautiful and I loved the views our villas had, everything was beautiful & a dream come true.

Lastly, the staff. They will go above and beyond for everything you need from arranging transfers to fixing things promptly. When we arrived our rooms weren’t ready so we waited by the pool/bar area, the bartender was great/friendly, he prepared all of our drinks even though he was barely opening and made time to greet us throughout our entire stay. Staff at breakfast were incredibly attentive as well and receptionist made sure our luggages got to our room in our timely manner. Housekeeping folded my pajamas on my bed - it’s truly the little details that matter.

Look no further & book at Relais Villa Olmo - you won’t regret it.

This Villa will remain as one of the best memories of our trip to Italy. The staff, the atmosphere, the food…it was all simply wonderful. We love “off the beaten path” places and this was perfect. We also booked a Vespa tour and LOVED the experience of Tuscany. It includes a drive through the country side and wine tasting and dinner. It was amazing.

We booked Relais Villa Olmo as part of our honeymoon and it was truly a delight. Upon arrival, staff greeted us warmly and brought our luggage to our room, which was greatly appreciated as the steps to the room were a bit steep! We explored the villa and got settled with some lunch and aperol spritz, then decided to visit the pool to relax. It was divine! Peaceful, tranquil and just what we needed after a big few days touring in Rome.
We did not have dinner at Relais as we wanted to explore Impruneta which is a short walk from the villa so I cannot comment on the dinner service.
Breakfast though, was wonderful which had a decent selection of options to choose from. We booked a Chianti wine safari through the hotel prior to our visit, which I recommend as the tour will pick you up from the hotel instead of having to travel into Florence where the tour would start for those not attending the Villa.
The rooms were immaculate and had much needed Aircon. Staff were always around tending to the villa gardens and appeared to take great pride in their work.
It really was the special treat we needed as part of our Honeymoon and I would visit again!

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed being away from the city for some rest. The staff was accommodating and offered shuttle service to Florence at 9:45 returning at 3:45. This saved about $50 each way. We did the wine tasting but were disappointed that the Vespa tour also included wine tasting and dinner at the hotel. We booked both with the concierge at check in but were not told this. When we found out from another guest they helped us change the reservation to a tour of the Duomo. Lionel and Sylvia were very wonderful with their hospitality. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Pretty place, not too far from Florence, you can take the bus 39 close to the train station for 1.50€ per person, it will bring you in 42min to the destination. Rooms are Perfect, AC works really well. The view with the pool is perfect and relaxing. You can ask the restaurant to bring a bottle to the pool.

For the restaurant, the food is amazing 👌

Expectations exceeded! Such a charming location...very peaceful and relaxing. The setting along the edge of a hill overlooking a small valley, so typical in Tuscany, is something everyone could appreciate. The staff is professional and kind. I hope everyone can enjoy their time here -- just slow down and take it all with a good Spritz Aperol. 😊

P.S. For those interested, the Florence American Cemetery is just down the road...especially if traveling by car...see photo. 🙂

Relais Villa Olmo exceeded our expectations. The staff members were extremely kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our private Villa was very clean and came with our own pool with a wonderful sunset view. We also went to their restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and enjoyed the top notch atmosphere with great food. Overall, couldn’t say enough great things and hope to come back one day.

This is a beautifully placed hotel with breathtaking views in a lovely setting. Rooms are clean and well serviced. They do struggle with the concept of English tea but seemed happy to provide a kettle and teabags! We did have a couple of issues with our shower but they wasted no time in resolving these issues, so I have not penalised them in my rating. Sophia was particularly helpful in this regard. Well worth a visit!

We came here as part of a vespa tour and we were very happy we did. Took a tour around the property to see where the oil & wine is made. Also got to try some of the restaurant food and absolutely loved it.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Very comfortable and accommodating. It is a working farm that makes their own wines and olive oil, which we did not realize when we first arrived. The location is nice, very close to the bus stop that goes to Florence and the schedule is very accurate. We were able to make appointments in Florence without a problem while also enjoying the beautiful Tuscan scenery instead of staying in the hectic city.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa L'Olmo. The staff members were extremely helpful, friendly and caring. We highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable apartments.
The kitchenette is well equipped, the bathroom a good size and the bedroom spacious. The lounge area has a lovely seating and a dinning area. We appreciated the safe in our room for keeping passports and other documents.
We will return to this beautiful little town and this special holiday farm.

The apartments are located in a beautiful setting overlooking a Tuscan valley. Our apartment was well equipped with a rustic feel to the combined lounge and kitchen. The lounge kitchen is small but adequate, although it has to be said that it is a tight squeeze to fit in the small dining table and chairs. The main bedroom is roomy (can't comment on the second bedroom because it was locked). The bathroom is compact but adequate. Note, there is minimal choice of English speaking TV channels on the TV (only BBC World and one other news station). The outside area is lovely and the pool facilities are excellent. All the staff were lovely and a special mention must be given to Elenora at the reception, who was lovely and so very helpful. I got the impression that the larger apartments may be more up to date. We loved our short stay at the villa.

Beautiful views. Staff was friendly and helpful. The upstairs bedrooms in the farmhouse were comfortable and had private baths. The kitchen is fine for breakfast but it would be difficult to cook a full meal. Great location for visiting Tuscany cities and towns.

The ideal location for being accessible to Florence without staying there. A relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff make for a pleasant experience. I usually stay in one of the private cottages, but the rooms in the main build are nice as well.

Our group of 16 stayed in Relais for 3 nights during our visit to Siena and Florence in mid October. Booking was done as early as January as it wasn’t easy to find accommodation with good reviews, value for money and big enough to take our whole group. It was a vow experience for all of us to have stayed in this beautiful property with so much space both inside and outside of the farmhouse. Every farmhouse was slightly different and we visited all the 7 farmhouses assigned to us as well as the most expensive private cottage we booked which had the private pool. All farmhouses were fully furnished with sofa, a small dining table, TV, open kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, 4-head oven, kettle and washing machine. One thing to note was that guests had to clean up after using the kitchen, otherwise €50 will be charged. Besides the cottage, another farmhouse assigned to us was also a duplex.

As the group consisted of couples and friends, it was inconvenient for 4 adults to share just one bathroom. The management was very accommodative at the time of reservation in agreeing to block one room in each farmhouse we booked so that there would be 1 bathroom for every two persons. Upon checked in, we found out that the second bedroom in each farmhouse wasn’t locked and for all the 3 nights there, each of us had our own private room which was highly appreciated. Pity the temperature was below 10 degrees and we could not make use of the pool. As we had our own van, transportation to Siena and Florence was a breeze.

As the environment was so beautiful, the group decided to have a BBQ on the second night we stayed there. Due to late visit at a vineyard and we got stuck in the traffic, we had to communicate with Relais before our return so that Serena could pass us the charcoal etc before she left at 7:30 p.m. After shopping at Co-op supermarket and returning to Relais after 8 p.m., we found 4 big candles, BBQ utensils as well as 4 big bags of charcoal which already met all our needs. The next day we found out the charge for the charcoal was only €6 per bag and we were charged only €10 for the BBQ as we used 1 1/2 bags.

Breakfast was Ok with juices, cold cuts, brown bread and Danish pastries. The egg boiler was a bit difficult to handle as it was burning hot. The toaster also a bit difficult to use as the loaf of bread we cut usually were bigger size than the toaster. Another issue was the government restriction which prevents heaters to be turned on before November. Although the aircon in the living room could be adjusted to heating, the room could not be heated warm and quick enough to filter through to the bathroom even one hour after our return. As a result, one of our friends caught a fever after the first night. Fortunately Elanora agreed to turn on the heater on an exceptional basis. Last but not least, there didn’t seem to be any male staff around to help guests carry luggage to our rooms. For ladies guests, they will have to drag the luggage a few steps to reach their rooms.

This was our second time at Villa L'Olmo, and it was just as pleasant as our first stay. We were a group of 10 people, staying in 5 different apartments, and we all enjoyed our visit. The accomodations were neat and clean, the breakfasr was great and the personnel were pleasant and helpful. We might even be back for a third stay.
